Short title: Bullen v Brecknock.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Bullen.

Defendant(s): James Brecknock, clerk, one of the defendants.

Subject of depositions: Rectory or parsonage impropriate, vicarage, and parish of Weston in Holland, in Lincoln. Tithes. [The names and possessions of Sir Thomas Trollope, bart Ann Trollope, widow, guardian of Sir Thomas, Sir Thomas Trollope, bart Dame Mary Trollope, his widow and relict, and William Trollope, reputed impropriators of the rectory, are mentioned].
