Description

Short title: Boscawen v Hoskyn.

Plaintiff(s): Charles Boscawen.

Defendant(s): Perran Hoskyn and his wife Patience.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parishes of Kenwyn and Kea (Cornwall), and tenements called "Trelewick ", "Treheveres" and "Bosvithicke" and the mansion-house, barton, farm, and demesne lands called "Gwarnicke" andthe parish of St Allyn (Cornwall). Metes and bounds. Tithes. [The names and possessions of Richard Watts, late of the parish of St Allyn, yeoman, deceased (grandfather of defendant Patience), William Watts, of same parish, yeoman (father of Patience), and Hugh Boscawen (plaintiff's father), and Christopher Coke, late of Tregasow, deceased, are mentioned].
