Plaintiff(s): The Rt Hon and Right Revd Father in God Nathaniel Lord Bishop of Durham, and Mary French, widow and executrix of George French.
Defendant(s): Sir Thomas Haslerigg, bart Sir Thomas Williamson, bart and his wife Dame Dorothy, and others.
Subject of depositions: Suits "commenced or prosecuted in the Chancery Court at Durham" for "or concerning the Ballast Wharf erected on the N. side of the River Weare, at or near Monckwearmouth" between John Heighington, mayor of the city of Durham, and others, plaintiffs, and Robert Widdrington, John Richardson, and others, defendants.
