Description

Short title: Aldcroft v Jennings.

Plaintiff(s): John Aldcroft and his wife Elizabeth.

Defendant(s): Margaret Jennings, widow of Joshua Jennings, Margaret Barlow, widow of Randle Barlow, Anne Houghton.

Subject of depositions: Messuage and tenements called Marsh Yate House, in Sutton, lately belonging to Richard Jennings, and touching the maintenance of Joseph Jennings, one of the sons of Richard Jennings.

County/place: Lancashire.

Date of commission: 28 May 1688.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 18 June 1688 at Warrington.
