Subject of depositions: Office of collectorship or receivership of his late or present Majesty's customs and imposts in the port of Dublin, held by Henry Genew, late of the city of Dublin, esquire. Touching the nature of the security given by him "for his well demeanour in that office" and touching the office of deputy clerkship or agent to Henry (as such collector in the port), held by John Boswood, now or late of Dublin, gent. Whether Boswood "diverted any and what sum" in particular of the money arising from customs or imposts, or either of them, to the private use of Lemuel Kingdon, late of London, esq, deceased.
