Description

Short title: Vaughan v Lloyd.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Vaughan.

Defendant(s): Sidney Lloyd, widow, Elizabeth Lloyd, widow, Robert Lewis, John Lloyd (an infant), by said Elizabeth his mother and guardian.

Subject of depositions: "Ye Gavell's bond or native lands called Gavell Coed y Pree, Gavell Kilgellan, Gavell Coed Llader, Gavell Dol fabon, Gavell y Kiffty, Gavell. Meyrick Goch, Gavell Rive, and Gavell y Vaudron, the comott of Penllyn, a fryth or parcel of land called Fryth Cuminor, Fryth Gyman, and a common or waste ground called Bryn y fedwen or Gwastaed, Bryn y Fedwen. Metes and bounds. Common of pasture. Inclosure, etc.

County/place: Merionethshire; Montgomeryshire.
