Description

Short title: Nightingale v Sherwood.

Plaintiff(s): John Nightingale.

Defendant(s): John Sherwood and his wife Hannah, Hannah Sherwood, the younger.

Subject of depositions: Bond (of £60) entered into by defendant John, together with William Sherwood, of Great Barr (Staffordshire), and William Sherwood, late of Walsall (Staffordshire), for the payment of £30 to Edward Nightingale, of Tipton (Staffordshire) (plaintiff's late uncle).

County/place: Staffordshire.

Date of commission: 13 February 1688.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 24 March 1688 at Walsall.
