Description

Short title: Attorney General v Gundry.

Plaintiff(s): Sir Robert Sawyer, kt (Attorney General).

Defendant(s): William Gundry, Hugh Gundry, Jane Gundry, Elizabeth Greene, Joan Greene, Giles Norris, Richard Norris, Anthony Gundry and his wife Jane.

Subject of depositions: Lands and tenements in the parish of Nether Compton, which Hugh Green, late of Nether Compton, gent. and his father John Greene before him, had or held or received the profits of. Also touching the lands of Hugh and of Tristram Norris in Broadwinsor and Burstock.

County/place: Dorset.

Date of commission: 15 June 1687.
