Description

Short title: Cudmore v Tanner.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Cudmore.

Defendant(s): Isaac Tanner and his wife Elizabeth, Isaac Hubbard, Thomas Cockerell.

Subject of depositions: Last wills and testaments and estates of Henry and Charles Benyan, including the rectories and vicarages of Great Coggeshall, and tithes and lands there. Tithes, etc. [The names and possessions of Robert Warner and his wife Rebecca (sister and coheiress of Henry and Chas. Benyan), Richard Benyan (late father of Henry, Charles, and Rebecca), Elizabeth Benyan, wife of John Cudmore (late grandfather and grandmother of plaintiff), John Brockwell and his wife Ann, Thomas Stafford the younger (late father of defendant Elizabeth), Mark Stafford, Robert Todd, and Anne Hurst, are mentioned.
