Plaintiff(s): Samuel Johnson and Nathaniel Leech, executors of the last will and testament of Caleb Stockport, late vicar of the parish and parish church of Sandall Magna (Yorkshire).
Defendant(s): Sir Francis Burdett, bart Robert Squire, Thomas Burdett (an infant) under the age of one-and-twenty years by said Robert his guardian.
Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Sandall Magna, and the tithes of Walton and Bretton in the parish, and monies paid by Dame Mary Beaumont, deceased (late widow of Sir Richard Beaumont, knight and baronet), to Caleb Stockport, late vicar of Sandall Magna. Whether the monies were given as free gift or gratuity, or as due to him by any endowment? Touching also a sum of £20 left to the vicar by said Sir Richard Beaumont. Tithes.
