Description

Short title: Prince v Prince.

Plaintiff(s): Mary Prince, widow and relict of Richard Prince, the Hon. Jane Scudamore, of Cradock (Herefordshire), widow.

Defendant(s): Phillip Prince, esquire, Phillip Prince, gent.

Subject of depositions: Jointure lands of the plaintiff (daughter of plaintiff Jane) settled upon her on her former marriagewith Dennis Cook, esq, of Craddock (Herefordshire), and upon her after marriage with Richard Prince, esq, of the Inner Temple (son of Sir Richard Prince), her late husband.

County/place: Shropshire; Herefordshire.

Date of commission: 18 April 1686.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 26 May 1686 at Shrewsbury.
