Short title: Docton v White.

Plaintiff(s): Nicholas Docton, Christopher Bowen.

Defendant(s): George White, Thomas Smyth, Edward Collamore, John Howell, John Harris, Simon Somers, William Heard, David Talling.

Subject of depositions: Parish of Ilfardcombe, the river of Severn, and the creek or haven of Ilfardcombe. Tithes of herrings, etc.

County/place: Devon.

Date of commission: 24 April 1686.
