Plaintiff(s): John Brice, clerk.

Defendant(s): Dame Katherine Lenthall, widow, Robert Batchelor, Edward Townsend.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Appleton, and closes of land in the parish called "The Inlands" and "Butler's Close" formerly belonging to Sir John Lenthall and to his widow,the defendant Katherine. Tithes.
