Description

Short title: Andrews v Danvers.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Andrews.

Defendant(s): Charles Danvers, Thomas Brewer.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Robert Walker, of Devizes, tailor, and the lease of a messuage, tenement, or dwelling-house in the borough of Devizes purchased by Robert Walker of Edward Peirce, of the same place, woollen draper, the messuage being holden of the mayor and burgesses of Devizes, and now in the possession of the defendant Brewer. Whether Robert left the premises to his wife Mary, who was formerly Mary Barker? etc.

County/place: Wiltshire.

Date of commission: 8 July 1685.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 16 October 1685 at Devizes.
