Plaintiff(s): Alice Gilberts, widow.
Defendant(s): William Fowler.
Subject of depositions: Lands, tenements, called "The Newhall" with its appurtenances in Pendleton, now in the possession of the plaintiff by "meane conveyances" from Oats Holland, late of Pendleton, in Lancaster, under a lease for 200 years purporting to be made by Richard late prior of the priory of St Thomas the Martyr, near Stafford, and convent of the same place upon the one part, and Ots Holland son of Robert Holland upon the other part. [The names and possessions of George Mrs Elizabeth (his mother), and James Holland, of Pendleton, are mentioned].

Date of commission: 8 July 1685.
