Description

Short title: Brown v Cartwright.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Brown.

Defendant(s): Ann Cartwright, widow.

Subject of depositions: Rectory or parsonage impropriate of Bishops Norton, leased by the Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of the Holy and Undivided Trinity of Bristol to plaintiff, and defendant's messuage, in Bishops Norton,lately in the tenure of Edmund Rayburne as tenant to James Cartwright, etc. Tithes.

County/place: Gloucestershire.

Date of commission: 18 November 1684.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 9 January 1685 at Gloucester.
