Short title: Carter v Williams.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Carter.

Defendant(s): Dame Margaret Williams, Morgan Wynne, Maurice David, Robert Jones, Richard Price, David ap Richard Hugh Thomas Llowarth Foulk, Evan Hughes, Evan Vaughan, Evan John Salusbury.

Subject of depositions: Prebend and parish of Llanvair Talhagarn in the diocese of St.Asaph, and the townships of Garthewin, Bodrochwyn, Kylie, and Kynant, and a township, hamlet, or place in the parish called "Dol y gan Erw" etc. Tithes.

County/place: Denbighshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1684.
