Defendant(s): James Nash, Mary Thornbury (an infant under the age of twenty-one years), by said James Nash her guardian and next friend, two of the defendants.
Subject of depositions: Manor of Wolverley. Touching a wood, wood ground, or coppice therein called "Birchwood" parcel of the possessions of the Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of Christ and the Blessed Virgin Mary of Worcester, and leased by them to William Thornburgh. Touching also the office of bailiff of such manor, held by plaintiff and by Samuel Jewkes (his father) and also by Simon Jewkes (his grandfather) by patent from the Dean and Chapter.
