Subject of depositions: Site and demesnes of the lale dissolved monastery of Barnwell in or near Cambridge, in Cambridge. Touching the right of the owner of such scite, etc. (the plaintiff), to the tithes called Mary tithes, Eleemosinary tithes, Sepulchre tithes, and Andrew tithes to the monastery belonging. Also touching the sheepwalk in the parish of Barnwell belonging to the Master and Fellows of Jesus College, Cambridge (occupied by defendants). Tithes of wool, etc. Touching also the manor of Radegund (Cambridgeshire) belonging to the College. Metes and bounds of Barnwell parish.
