Description

Short title: Williams v Jones.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Williams.

Defendant(s): Charles Jones.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Tally Llyn alias Croft y Yarll and the demesnes belonging, the lordship of Brecon, and the parish of Llangally Tall y Llin. Metes and bounds. Customs of manor. Also touching William Thomas, his son Thomas Williams, and William Williams son of Thomas, "heretofore lords of said manor" and William Watkin David and Morgan Thomas, owners of lands in the parish called "Trebinchion" which they sold to Jenkin Jones (grandfather of the defendant). Metes and bounds of manor and lordship.

County/place: Breconshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1682.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 25 January 1683 at Langorse.
