Plaintiff(s): Roger Coke, Cyriac Coke, Anthony Freeston, John Bishop.
Defendant(s): William Crane, woollen draper.
Subject of depositions: Copyhold lands late of Thomas Bishop, of Cookley (by surrender of Thomas Elliot), lying in Thorp (Suffolk), and held of Leiston Manor, and purchased of Thomas by the defendant; also lands in Hales, and a marsh in Haddiscoe (Norfolk), mortgaged by William Hill, of Hales, to Thomas Bishop, and lands in Beccles, Mettingham, and Barsham (Suffolk), and Starston (Norfolk), mortgaged by defendant Crane to Bishop, and lands in Holton and Blyford, purchased by the defendant of William Hill.
County/place: Suffolk; Norfolk.
Date of commission: 5 July 1682.
