Plaintiff(s): Thomas Martin.
Defendant(s): John Isted.
Subject of depositions: Manor of Bucksteepe (Sussex), and a tenement belonging to defendant, lying in or near the parish of Warbleton, heretofore known by the name of Dillands alias Dilloms. Whether parcel of (but "concealed" from) plaintiff's manor of Bucksteep?. and touching defendant's copyhold tenement "late Glyds." Whether also parcel of (but "concealed" from) such manor? Also what estate Mrs Lucy Farnden (late wife of Peter Farnden), deceased, and formerly relict of Edward Avery, deceased, had in the lands, now belonging to defendant in Warbleton?.
