Subject of depositions: Honor or town of Penrith (Cumberland). Touching the tolls, fees, due to the officer or farmer of the custom of "Metlaw and Weightlaw" within that honor, and particularly touching the charge made by the officer (the plaintiff) of 4d. a horse load of iron sold in that town, or the fairs or markets held therein. Whether (as contended by defendant) the freeholders and inhabitants of the town, are exempted from such toll, and foreigners and strangers only chargeable therewith, etc. Customs of honor.
