Description

Short title: Alcock v Alcock.

Plaintiff(s): Stephen Alcock.

Defendant(s): Mary Alcock, widow, Margaret Alcock (an infant), by her guardian.

Subject of depositions: Messuages, in Eccleston, Scolls within Eccleston, Whiston, Knowsley, Prescott, and Widnes, and elsewhere, in Lancaster, late of Edward Alcock (plaintiff's elder brother), and purchased by John Alcock (plaintiff's great uncle), and touching the last will and testament of Edward.

County/place: Lancashire.

Date of commission: 5 July 1682.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 21 October 1682 at Prescott.
