Description

Short title: Lucy v Newton.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Lucy.

Defendant(s): Richard Newton.

Subject of depositions: Rectory, vicarage, and parish of Kerry (Montgomeryshire). Whether the parish has been called Llanvihangel in Kerry or Michael Kerry; and the farm or grange, called Gwernogoe. Whether parcel of the late Abbey Cwmhire, and (as abbey land) exempted from payment of tithes?.

County/place: Montgomeryshire.
