Plaintiff(s): The Attorney General, by the information of Sir Hugh Piper, kt, Anthony Coryn.
Defendant(s): Anthony Coryn.
Subject of depositions: Castle and town of Launceston alias Dunheved (Cornwall), parcel of the ancient duchy of Cornwall, of which castle Phillip Constable, esq, deceased, was lately governor. Metes and bounds. Alleged encroachment by the defendant on part of the lands belonging to the castle.
County/place: Cornwall.
Date of commission: 12 February 1681.
