Short title: Thomas v Powell.

Plaintiff(s): Theophilus Thomas, clerk.

Defendant(s): Sheldon Powell, an attorney-at-lawe.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Llanvihangel Istern Lewerne, and defendant's land called Gworlod Pant y Vewch. Tithes.
