Description

Short title: Manning v Dean of the Cathedral of Ely.

Plaintiff(s): Richard Manning, clerk.

Defendant(s): The Dean and Chapter of the Cathedral Church of the Holy and Undivided Trinity in Ely, Robert Swan, the elder, Robert Swan, the younger.

Subject of depositions: Rectory and parish of Little Shelford, and the rectory of Hawkstone. Touching a sum of money or pensionof twenty-eight shillings issuing out of the rectory of Hawkstone, and alleged to be payable to the rectors of Little Shelford. Tithes.

County/place: Cambridgeshire.

Date of commission: 29 November 1680.
