Subject of depositions: Manor of Kingston Deverill (plaintiff being lord thereof) mortgaged to Peter Bevis, and defendant's land in the manor called "Keepyns" formerly in the possession of John and Robert French. Touching chief rents claimed as payable for the lands to the lord of said manor of Kingston Deverill.
County/place: Wiltshire.
Date of commission: 19 June 1678.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 10 October 1678 at Deveril Longbridge.
