Description

Short title: Coke v Bishop.

Plaintiff(s): Ciriac Coke.

Defendant(s): John Bishop, Edward Nelson, John Leece, John Woodcock, the younger.

Subject of depositions: Estates, debts, of Thomas Bishop, late of Cokely (Suffolk), deceased, including copyhold estate in fee in Thorpe (Suffolk), and holden of Layston Manor (Suffolk), and lands, in Kelsale, purchased by Thomas of William Dunstan and Christopher and Edward Reeve, and holden of Kelsale Manor, and lands in Titshall.

County/place: Suffolk.

Date of commission: 12 February 1678.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 27 March 1678 at Yoxford.
