Description

Short title: Guild of the Trinity House of Newcastle-upon-Tyne v Clipsham.

Plaintiff(s): The Guild and Brotherhood of Maisters and Pylotts, Seamen of the Trinity House of Kingston-upon-Hull, and William Brasse, of Great Grimsby (Lincolnshire), (collector of primage).

Defendant(s): Edmond Clipsham.

Subject of depositions: Duty of primage alleged by plaintiffs to be payable to the collectors of the Guild of the Trinity House at Hull (Yorkshire) and Great Grimsby (Lincolnshire).

County/place: Kingston-upon-Hull; Lincolnshire.
