Defendant(s): Dame Mary Yate, widow, Sir Charles Yate, Bart.
Subject of depositions: Lease of certain mills in the parish of Chaddesley Corbet (Worcestershire), near Barnet Brooke, and heretofore in the occupationof Robert White, and lands called "Bradlands" and "Tandies" and a bargain and sale of woods made by defendants to the plaintiff Finch.
County/place: Worcestershire.
Date of commission: 12 May 1675.
