Description

Short title: Pickering v Sutton.

Plaintiff(s): Robert Pickering.

Defendant(s): Thomas Sutton.

Subject of depositions: Lease of Newton tithes and the small tithes or Easter Roll of the chapel of Daresbury, from the Dean and Cannons of Christchurch, in Oxford, to the plaintiff, John Daniel, Ralph Starkey, and Richard Rutter. Tithes.

County/place: Cheshire; Oxfordshire.

Date of commission: 8 July 1675.
