Description

Short title: Guy v Robins.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Guy, Richard Lloyd.

Defendant(s): Anthony Robins.

Subject of depositions: Farming of the excise on beer and ale and other liquors exciseable in York by the plaintiffs, defendant being one of the collectors of excise. Touching money or securities taken by defendant for the duty of excise in the N. Riding of York. Arrears. Alleged "concealment of excise" by defendant. Salaries of farmers or sub-farmers. Audit of accounts.
