Description

Short title: Elphick v Beane.

Plaintiff(s): Stephen Elphick.

Defendant(s): Thomas Beane.

Subject of depositions: "Site of the hospital, chapel, or chantry of St James, near Seaford, belonging to the prebend of Bargam, within the jurisdiction of the Cathedral Church of Chichester (Sussex), and the portion of tithes belonging to thesaid hospital, and the bounds, limits, and precincts of the lands out of which the said portion" of tithes arises, including two parcels of land, one called Bewsdeane alias Bowsdeane, and the other called the Gore, lying in Sutton. Metes and bounds. Tithes.
