Description

Short title: Earl of Stenlyne v Wroth.

Plaintiff(s): Hon. Alexander otherwise Henry Earl of Sterlyne.

Defendant(s): Sir Thomas Wroth, kt, Leonard Clement, William Harle, Edward Goodinge.

Subject of depositions: Rectory or parsonage impropriate of North Petherton, lately belonging to Mary Countess Dowager of Sterlyne (plaintiff's late mother), and the parish of North Petherton, and the "pretended" parish called St Peter's parish, the chantry called Newton Placey, and the vicarage of North Petherton. Metes and bounds, etc. Tithes.
