Plaintiff(s): John Seyntaubin.

Defendant(s): James Millett, Thomas Slade, Richard Slade, John Hill, John Oake, Roger Clyes, Leonard Millett, Thomas Holbert, Thomas Menardue, James Bawden, William Bawden.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Michael's Mount (of which the plaintiff is lord), and the harbour, island, key, or place at St Michael's Mount, and the town of Marazion alias Marketjen. Metes and bounds, etc. Tithes of fish and pilchards.
