Description

Short title: Earl of St Albans v Mottram.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Earl of St Albans.

Defendant(s): John Mottram.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Hoggestropp (Lincolnshire), reputed to be part of the jointure of the Queen Dowager of England (now Queen mother), lying and being in Hoggestropp, Willoughby, and Anderby (Lincolnshire). Neglect of repairs.

County/place: Lincolnshire.

Date of commission: 12 February 1669.
