Subject of depositions: Nine houses in the Strand, London, belonging to the Dean and Chapter of Westminster, and said to have been leased by the abbot and conventof Westminster, about the year 4 or 5 Philip and Mary, to Richard Worley and his wife Isabel for the term of 99 years, which lease came to Richard Nightingall, who demised one of the houses (the house now in dispute, and lately in the tenure of Sir Richard Wynne) to Mrs Radcliffe.
