Description

Short title: Barlee v Buckeridge.

Plaintiff(s): Haynes Barlee alias Barley.

Defendant(s): John Buckeridge.

Subject of depositions: Manors of Thurrocks and Pounces, and lands belonging in Clavering and Langley (Essex), and lands late of Edward Ventris, of Great Shelford (Cambridge), lying and being in Stowcum Qui and Shelford (Cambridge), extended by defendant upon a recognizance entered into by Edward to Elizabeth Ventris, of Great Shelford, spinster. Alleged neglect of and waste and spoil on the premises.

County/place: Essex.

Date of commission: 28 November 1668.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 13 January 1669 at Walden.
