Plaintiff(s): Sir John Stowell, kt.

Defendant(s): Francis Moore, clerk, and his wife Jane, George Irish and his wife Agnes, Henry Sheeres and his wife Maria, Jane Pomeroy.

Subject of depositions: Value, of the barton, demesne, and manor of Engesdon (Devon), late of Thomas Pomeroy (defendant Jane's late husband), purchased by plaintiff of Chas. and Thomas Pomeroy.
