Description

Short title: Best v Whitmore.

Plaintiff(s): Edward Best, Thomas Best, William Best.

Defendant(s): Josias Whitmore and his wife Mary, William Radford and his wife Elizabeth, George Farraday and his wife Isabel, Margaret Pardoe.

Subject of depositions: Last will and testament of Edward Best, of Winson Green, and his estate, including lands in Sedgley, Harburne, and Smethwick.

County/place: Warwickshire; Staffordshire.

Date of commission: 28 November 1667.
