Plaintiff(s): Sir Jeffrey Palmer, kt and bart (Attorney General), on His Majesty's behalf, and the Queen-Mother Henrietta Maria, and her trustees and their assigns.
Defendant(s): The Warden and Scholars of St Mary's College, of Winchester in Oxford, commonly called New College, Thomas Jermin, Michael Wells.
Subject of depositions: Manor and park of Havering, lately inclosed and the parish of Hornchurch aud the vicarage of Hornchurch (belonging to defendants). Metes and bounds. Perambulation. Tithes.
County/place: Essex.
Date of commission: 28 November 1665.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 17 January 1666 at Romford.
