Defendant(s): Thomas Allington and his wife Bridget, Margaret Taylor, Mary Sharples, Hugh Cooper, Michael Taylor, Edward Wyke.
Subject of depositions: Estate, of Sir Edward Writington, late of Writington, to whom plaintiff was bailiff or receiver of the rents of the demesnes of Martine alias Marton (leased to Mr Alexander Breere, of Lathom), and of lands of Sir Edward in Wigan and Welchwhittle.
County/place: Lancashire.
Date of commission: 30 May 1663.
