Description

Short title: Seymour v Nosworthy.

Plaintiff(s): Henry Seymour and his wife Elizabeth (late wife of William Bassett, deceased).

Defendant(s): Edwd Nosworthy, John Davis and his wife Jane (formerly Jane Berkeley).

Subject of depositions: Killigrew family and right and title to the manor and rectory of Lanrake and the barton of Juts (Cornwall), late of Sir Henry Killigrew (cousin of plaintiff Elizabeth). The last will, estate, of Sir Henry. etc.

County/place: Cornwall.

Date of commission: 13 February 1663.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 30 March 1663 at Bodmin and 7 April 1663 at Truro.
