Description

Short title: Remington v Matthew.

Plaintiff(s): Thomas Remington, the younger.

Defendant(s): Richard Matthew, the younger, Richard Matthew, the elder.

Subject of depositions: Value, of the estate of Gabriel Matthew, deceased (son of Richard Matthew, the younger), a copyholder of the manor of South Cerney (Gloucestershire), which manor belonged to Sir Robt Atkins, K.B.

County/place: Gloster.

Date of commission: 7 February 1663.

Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 25 March 1663 at Cirencester.
