Short Title: Dyson v Attorney General.
Plaintiff(s): Gravenor Dyson, an infant, by Thomas Bache, his grandfather, next friend, and guardian, Henry Dyson, John Dodgson and his wife Jane, William Apperley and his wife Tabitha, Abigail Dyson, spinster, Esther Dyson, spinster.
Defendant(s): Edmond Prideaux (Attorney General).
Subject of depositions: Sub-committee for taking the accounts of all persons who had received any money or goods in Worcester county for the use of the Commonwealth, of which committee Henry Dyson (plaintiff Gravenor's father) was chairman. Touching the expenses incurred by Henry in paying salaries of officers, clerks, belonging to sub-committee etc.
County/place: Worcestershire.
Date of commission: 22 June 1659.
Additional information: interrogatories and depositions taken 18 October 1659 at Worcester.
