Plaintiff(s): Sir Edmund Prideaux, bart (Attorney General), Richard Phight, Chris. Copley, Jane Meldrum, Thomas Oates, Henry Laydiman.

Defendant(s): Leonard Streat, Richard Somer, William Marriott, Mary Berry, Tobias Lisle, Thomas Parsons, Robert Squire, and others.
