Description

Short Title: Steele v Brayly.

Plaintiff(s): William Steele, Lord Chancellor of Ireland, Sir John Thorowgood, kt, George Cooper, Richard Young, and others.

Defendant(s): Robert Brayly.

Subject of depositions: Prebend of Wiveliscombe and the chancel of the parish church of Wiveliscombe. Touching the disrepair of chancel. Stripping of leadfrom roof.

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 12 February 1659.
