Short Title: Sherston v Attorney General.

Plaintiff(s): Arthur Sherston, William Sherston.

Defendant(s): Sir Edmond Prideaux (Attorney General), bart John Winchcomb, William Clayton, Robert Gordon, Viscount Kenmore and his wife Dame Martha.

Subject of depositions: Manor of Weston, formerly belonging to defendant John Winchcomb, and forfeitedby his Popish recusancy. Right and title to premises.

County/place: Somerset.

Date of commission: 12 February 1659.
